Perennial Geranium
It's called 'Johnson's Blue' - and it blooms like a champ all summer! The bushes are low to the ground, but HUGE. They need to be divided ever so often as well. Very airy, attractive foliage - great for a border, but watch out! It will grow like the dickens!
