This is a cancer cell. May it rot in hell for all eternity.
I just found out my friend Holly has cervical cancer. She is meeting with the surgeon this week. She doesn't even know what stage it is yet - or what the treatment will be post surgery. Her husband and I have been friends for 25 years. He's still out of town on business, so she's keeping this close to the vest until he comes home - but it's going to fell him. This is very bad. Having had this scare once myself - I am very aware of her options. Now that there is a vaccine - ALL girls should be required to get it along with their other immunizations. That anyone would consign someone to this kind of suffering because of misguided religious zealotry.....
Please pray for my friend.

My thoughts, prayers, and best vibes are winging their way to her. So very sorry to hear about her trouble luv.

Oh I am so sorry to read this even though I don't know your friend and knowing that it can be prevented is even more tragic. Sending good, warm, healing thoughts.

FLS- I am so sorry to hear about this. Scary, uncertain times for your Holly- wish there was something that could be said. The best we can do is offer love and support to you as you do what you can.
As an aside on the vaccine, the fact that people have been fighting this based on their screwed up views of women, STD's, etc. is so fucking criminal. One thing we CAN do is possibly post about this issue as there are still so many women that have not heard about this. It's scary and reminds me that women's health issues are not given the attention needed. Best to you, FLS. Hang in there.

Thoughts of healing are directed toward Holly. Hopefully, everything will turn out well. She's already meeting with the surgeon, so that means he's taking it seriously. May he be the best of the best.
